Chicken with sausag-y white beans:
1-2 chicken breast, cut into strips and pounded thin
Salt, pepper, olive oil to sear
1 ea leek or 1/4-1/2 onion
3-4 garlic cloves
3 sprigs thyme
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1-1 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 can great northern beans
Finish off the heat with 1-2 tbsp cold butter and Parmesan cheese
