GULAB JAMUN | Bread Gulab Jamun Recipe Cooking in Village | Diwali Sweets Recipe | Indian Dessert
Today, in our village, we make soft and delicious Bread Gulab Jamun using bakery bread, kalkandu (rock sugar), warm milk, and cold-pressed gingelly oil.
Gulab jamun is a popular Indian dessert enjoyed worldwide. Instead of gulab jamun mix or milk powder, we use bread to make this easy sweet recipe. We shape the dough into smooth balls without cracks, fry them until golden brown, and soak them in sugar syrup made with kalkandu.
These soft, juicy bread gulab jamuns are a delicious treat for Diwali and other celebrations. Every bite is filled with sweet syrup!
