We hired a Hibachi chef to come out to the jobsite and cook lunch- He was like, \u201cwhere\u2019s your grill?\u201d
\nI just pointed and said \u201cright here\u201d – we\u2019re going to use the skid steer bucket.
\nI set it up on some blocks and put a propane torch underneath for heat.
\nThis guy was so fast it was awesome to watch- I should hire him to frame my next house- it\u2019s be done in like a day and a half.
\nHe started out by frying eggs for the rice- it got seasoned with salt, pepper, and plenty of soy sauce.
\nWith all the stuff he brought he actually forgot a knife- so I gave him my Milwaukee fastback, and it worked pretty good.
\nNext he threw on some scallops and shrimp. I was impressed with how many different types of food he was cooking at one time.
\nWe could tell this wasn\u2019t his first day on the job.
\nThe food was amazing, we ate it right off the grill.
\nMy favorite had to be the lobster- with tons of butter.
\nFinally, he grilled up some sirloin steak.
\nThis was so much fun we would definitely do it again.
\nEveryone got more than enough food- especially the new guy. Although, he did embarrass me- he kept growling for more and more steak.
