Then dry the fish for one day and one night. Then, they smash it and put in jars. Age for at least 20 days, up to 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\udf5b *PRAHOK ANG*<br \/>\nChop pork, add prahok, chop together. Add lemongrass, Galangal, garlic, chilli, sugar, chicken bullion, msg, chopped until mixed. Wrap it in banana leaves and grill for 30 minutes. Then serve with raw vegetables: eggplant, cucumber, carrots, long bean, winged bean, round eggplant. Or cold rice.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udd57 *PRAHOK CHAO*<br \/>\nChop prahok, lemongrass, garlic, chilli, sugar and then chop to mix. Add peanuts and chop more. Then add lime juice. Then serve with raw vegetables: eggplant, cucumber, carrots, long bean, winged bean, round eggplant. Blanch the watersnakes in hot water, then remove the skin, put a stick through it. Make seasoning: palm sugar, salt, msg, chicken bullion, garlic and a shit ton of chili. Season the snake.
