We\u2019ll eat some of the most famous and tastiest Shanghainese food and Chinese food. <\/p>\n<p>Here are all the places we ate: <\/p>\n<p>Long Ming Xuan (\u7b3c\u94ed\u8f69\uff08\u4e09\u6797\u5e97\uff09- You can\u2019t come to Shanghai without eating xiao long bao, soup dumplings, one of the most famous Chinese foods in Shanghai, and this place is Aya\u2019s favorite.  <\/p>\n<p>Qiqi Egg Pancakes (\u7426\u7426\u86cb\u997c\uff08\u4e0a\u5357\u5e97\uff09- Next up for egg pancakes, and these were superb. <\/p>\n<p>Hui Jie Lobster (\u8f89\u59d0\u9f99\u867e) &#8211; Crayfish, or crawfish, are extremely popular in China and we had four different ways, some of them spicy filled with mala, and the Shanghai version was marinated in sweet wine. <\/p>\n<p>Xiao Yangzhou Specialty Scallion Pancakes (\u5c0f\u626c\u5dde\u7279\u8272\u8471\u6cb9\u997c) &#8211; Scallion oil pancakes are a legendary Chinese street food, and something you have to try in Shanghai, China. <\/p>\n<p>Lantern Wonton (\u706f\u7b3c\u9984\u9968\uff08\u5949\u8d24\u8def\u5e97\uff09- Next up on this Chinese food tour in Shanghai we stopped to have a bowl of wonton dumplings. <\/p>\n<p>Aunt Huang\u2019s Dumplings (\u9ec4\u963f\u59e8\u9505\u8d34\u5927\u738b) &#8211; Also known as go-tie, these pan fried dumplings are insanely tasty.  <\/p>\n<p>Yongxing Restaurant (\u6c38\u5174\u9910\u5385) &#8211; Along with all the street food, we headed to Yongxing Restaurant (\u6c38\u5174\u9910\u5385), a legendary Shanghainese restaurant. Typical Chinese food in Shanghai is quite sweet, but balanced and delicious. <\/p>\n<p>Haiwang Skewer &#8211; Finally we had one of the greatest food of the day, Sichuan hot pot but a huge communal hot pot!<\/p>\n<p>Aya and I had an amazing day eating our way through Shanghai for 24 hours!
